Gondola Ticket Giveaway
Official Rules
Sponsor: Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, 101 W. Route 66, Flagstaff, AZ 86001, 928.774.4505.
Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Arizona, who are at least 18 years old. Employees, officers, directors, board members, and members of their immediate families and households of the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce or Arizona Snowbowl are not eligible.
How to Enter: During the Entry Period, like the designated giveaway post and comment on that post with a photo of your favorite Flagstaff-area view and your first and last name. One (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary.
Prize: Each of the three (3) selected winners will receive two (2) Arizona Snowbowl Scenic Gondola Ride tickets. The prize is subject to Arizona Snowbowl's applicable terms, operating schedule, weather conditions, and availability. No cash or prize substitution is available.
Winner Selection: Three (3) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified by Facebook Messenger on September 29, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Prize Claiming: Winners must respond to the notification within 48 hours and claim their prize in person at the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce by 12:00 PM (noon) on October 5, 2026. Valid government-issued photo ID is required to verify the winner's name. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, does not respond within 48 hours, or does not claim the prize as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
Disqualification: Incomplete, duplicate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
Photo and Name Use: The submitted photo is used solely as part of the entry process and will not be reposted, published, or otherwise used by the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce. By entering, participants authorize the Chamber to use their first and last name solely for purposes of administering the giveaway, contacting the winner, and announcing the winner.
Privacy: Information submitted directly to the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce will be used to administer this promotion and to contact and verify winners. The Chamber will not use entrant information for purposes unrelated to the promotion except as otherwise permitted by applicable law or with the entrant's consent.
Weather/Operations: The Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, technical issues affecting gondola operations, road closures, changes to Arizona Snowbowl's operating schedule, or other circumstances beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control.
