FCBSI kicked off in April with Julie Lancaster of Lancaster Leadership presenting Session 1: "Strategic Leadership & Change Management" with a focus on navigating organizational growth and leading teams through transition.

This practical & engaging session provided a fresh, practical roadmap for leading through uncertainty by focusing on what matters most: Purpose, Growth, and Community—the three drivers of resilience, engagement, and sustained success.

Craig Moody, business coach and co-owner of Allure Aesthetics presented Session 2 in May. "The Cheat Code to Business Success" focused on necessary actions and follow through to succeed with your business.

This session revealed the core pillars that separate thriving businesses from those that struggle:

• Protecting your time
• Building a powerhouse team
• Mastering your finances
• Plugging into the right support system

On Friday, June 26, John Gartin, Director of Learning and Organizational Development - NAU Human Resources wrapped up Session 3  "Maximizing Resources and Building a High-Performance Culture."

This interactive workshop offered a fresh and practical approach to operational efficiency and talent optimization by focusing on the connection between people, processes, and performance.
