Jabarah Nichols - Owner, Instructor | Kuttz Barbershop and College
Jabarah Nichols opened Kuttz Barber Shop in a 550 square foot space on 6th Avenue in 2005. Nichols, a visionary who turned adversity into triumph, worked seven days a week to hone his craft, eventually adding Kuttz Barber College in 2015 and Kuttz Beauty College in 2020. The current location on E 7th Ave is nearly 10,000 square feet and home to the barbershop, college, and beauty school.
Kuttz was founded on transformation, hard work, and the belief that education can redefine futures. Kuttz isn’t just about dope fades; it’s about empowering individuals to carve out successful careers in the barber and beauty industry. From humble beginnings to a thriving enterprise, we are a testament to what determination and faith can achieve.
