The 2026 ACE Legislative Agenda highlights Arizona’s commitment to strong businesses, economic prosperity, and high standards of living. The agenda affirms the close connection between a healthy business community and overall community well-being, supporting principles of private property rights, financial freedom, and a reasonable regulatory climate.

STATE ISSUES

Education & Workforce: Invest in P-20 education, streamline funding, expand tech access, support school choice, workforce development, and increase childcare options.
Transportation & Infrastructure: Fund statewide transportation, utility infrastructure, broadband, and water resources; promote reliable and affordable energy solutions.
Taxation: Oppose budgetary gimmicks, support fair and simple tax policies, timely federal conformity, pension reform, and incentives for clean energy investment.
Legal & Regulatory: Maintain a competitive environment with limited interference; protect businesses from frivolous lawsuits and ensure accountability in legislative initiatives.
