The Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce Foundation advances regional economic development by investing in business educational initiatives, strengthening a talented labor force, supporting business success, and enhancing a vibrant community.
FOUNDATION INITIATIVES
The Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization, leads the charitable and education initiatives of the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce under three initiatives: Career Awareness & Soft Skills, Career Building, & Individual Skill Building.
Career Awareness & Soft Skills
FCCF equips students in grades 6–12 with career awareness, real-world exposure, and essential soft skills through internships, STEAM learning, and employer partnerships to prepare them for success in both college and career pathways.
Career Building
FCCF develops emerging leaders ages 21–39 by providing networking, mentorship, and professional development opportunities that strengthen talent retention and leadership capacity in the Flagstaff region.
Individual Skill Building
FCCF delivers targeted professional development that enhances technical knowledge and essential workplace skills, empowering individuals to contribute to stronger businesses and a more resilient workforce.
