Lindie Rodgers

Superior Propane was started in the early 50’s by Lindie’s Grandfather and Father in Northern California. In 1996 the original Superior Propane was sold. Along with her husband Bill, Lindie relocated to Williams Arizona where they purchased a small propane company and started over. Lindie’s daughter, Ericia is now very involved in the business. Lindie served on the Williams Grand Canyon Chamber of Commerce Board for 12 years, as treasurer for Williams Clean and Beautiful Committee for 5 years, and the Rotary President in 2006 and the Club Treasurer for 3 different terms.  Lindie is an advocate for the Williams Business Alliance and her positive impact and leadership in Williams will be an asset for our regional Chamber of Commerce efforts.

Doug Bonate

Douglas Bonate has been in the finance business since 1992. His diverse background includes serving in Bullhead City as a City Commissioner on the Bullhead Area Transit System for four years. In 2016 he moved to Flagstaff and joined the BBVA Compass downtown branch as branch manager. Doug was a key leader in the 2017 Zombie Blood Drive, a fundraising event in support of Northern Arizona Volunteer Medical Corp (NAVMC), United Blood Services, and the Flagstaff Family Food Center. In 2017 the event raised $22,000 for the Food Center and over 96 pints of blood. Doug has been an active board member for the Business Advisory and Public Policy Division of the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce. Working for the betterment of the public and giving back to the community is important to him.

Bryce Warren

Bryce Warren’s professional profile includes decades of experience in all facets of casino gaming and hospitality. He has worked in six different states at nine properties. He spent 24 years with Boyd Gaming Corporation and 10 years in tribal gaming which included opening the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians’ Silver Star Resort and Casino in 1994 and the Bok Homa Casino in 2010. He served as Navajo Gaming’s General Manager at Fire Rock Navajo Casino in New Mexico and today enjoys his current role as General Manager at Twin Arrows Navajo Casino Resort. He has played a key role in developing close ties between Twin Arrows and the community of Flagstaff through the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce, even serving as host to our 2017 fall fundraiser.

Cecily Maniaci

Cecily Maniaci opened The Toasted Owl in downtown Flagstaff in 2013. Their growth was so rapid that their original location in the old Bank of America building quickly became too small for the number of hungry guests they were hosting. Cecily eventually relocated the restaurant and landed at 12 S. Mikes Pike. Last year she opened a second location on the east side, off of N. Country Club Drive and in recent months opened Grand Canyon Spirits on Fort Valley Rd. and Hoot Mart, located on the corner of San Francisco and Birch. Cecily Maniaci is a hands-on business owner and is very comfortable with running a small business having grown up in the restaurant industry near the Grand Canyon. Cecily keeps her focus on serving the community and providing Flagstaff and the surrounding areas with excellent products and services.

LTC Ray Garcia

Lieutenant Colonel Garcia is in his 28th year of service with the AZARNG. He was born and raised in Flagstaff, AZ, completed High School in Mesa AZ and returned to Flagstaff in 1985 graduating from NAU in 1998. He commissioned through the Arizona Military Academy OCS program in 1989.  Initial duty assignments included Ammunition Platoon Leader, Ordnance and Transportation Detachment Commander, 2220th Transportation Company Commander, 153rd Brigade Support Battalion Commander and many Battalion and Brigade level staff assignments. His General Officer Staff assignments include Mobilization Officer, Deputy G3, Deputy G1 and G1.   

LTC Garcia participated in many exercises, training events and support to civilian authorities and the nation to include a National Training Center rotation, support to two NTC rotations, training in Jordan, South Korea, Germany, several State Active Duty missions and a deployment to Afghanistan during the surge of 2010.

LTC Garcia’s military education includes Ordnance Officer Basic, Transportation and Logistics transition courses, Combined Arms Services Staff School, the Command and General Staff Officers’ Course, and the U.S. Army War College. His civilian education includes a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

Military awards and decorations include the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Southwest Asia Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Armed Forces Reserve Medal, Army Service Ribbon, Army Reserve Component Overseas Training Ribbon, Arizona Military Academy Ribbon, Arizona Extremely Long Service Ribbon, Arizona State Active Duty Ribbon, and Arizona National Guard South West Asia Service Support Ribbon.

Antara Hunter

As Marketing Director, Antara oversees and executes promotion of Chamber-initiated events, activities and messaging as well as promotes the efforts of Chamber members using digital and traditional media. She is the managing editor for the Chamber’s monthly membership magazine, @7000ft as well as a bi-monthly electronic newsletter, News @7000ft. Antara serves as webmaster and graphic designer and manages the back end of HiringFlagstaff.com, a job board and employment service for trailing partners. As Director of Initiatives, Antara works closely with industry partners to manage the Chamber’s education and workforce development initiatives such as Flagstaff Values Teachers, Skills for Workplace Success, Coding Camps, Teachers’ Supply Drive, Northern Arizona Manufacturing Partners, Cash for Calculators, MadeInFLG Fest, and the new MadeInFLG Gallery and Gifts. She serves on the Board of Directors for Flagstaff Arts Council and on the marketing committee for LAUNCH Flagstaff. Antara first came to Flagstaff in 1980 attending FJHS, FHS and eventually graduating from NAU in ’94 with a degree in Anthropology. She left the area for 18 years to pursue her passion of songwriting and performing, and returned to Flagstaff with her husband and daughter in ‘15. She is thrilled to apply her marketing background and project management skills toward the benefit of the town in which she grew up.

Kelly Tulloss

Kelly Tulloss, Owner, Sutcliffe Floral

Sutcliffe Floral has been in business since 1944.  Kelly Tulloss has owned and operated the shop since January 2005.  Sutcliffe Floral has provided the community and surrounding areas with excellent products and services.  They have been voted “Best of Flagstaff” florist every year from 2002 to 2016, voted on by the Arizona Daily Sun readers.

Kelly Tulloss, an alumni of NAU from the class of 1991 is a hands on business owner.  She graduated from NAU with a Liberal Arts degree with a minor in Business.  At NAU she was actively involved in Kayettes, National Honor Society, Northern Lights, ASNAU and was a Resident Assistant in Allen Hall.  She then attended Thunderbird School of International Business for her Masters Degree in International Business.  After graduating in 1994 she worked for Verizon Wireless as a District Marketing Manager for 5 years.  In 2000 Kelly and her husband Mike moved their growing family back to her hometown Flagstaff where her grandparents settled in the 40’s. They have three daughters attending school in Flagstaff.  In 2000 she and her husband Mike started Stilley Tulloss Design Build Group.  In 2016 Kelly was honored with the nomination of the Flagstaff Athena awards.  She was also featured in the January 2016 issue of “Elevate Flagstaff” magazine.  In her free time Kelly loves to hang out with friends, ride horses and haul all of her girls to different riding events, garden, hike, snow and water ski but mostly hang out with her husband and girls!

Kelly employs 5 employees, two of these are NAU graduates and two are currently enrolled at NAU.  Sutcliffe Floral has provided flowers for many different companies and occasions such as NAU commencements, Flagstaff Viola Awards, Athena Awards, The Arboretum, Amangiri,  Flagstaff Symphony, Embassy Suites and Karma Sushi.
