Dean Valerio Ferme, NAU

Valerio Ferme, Dean of NAU College of Arts and Letters, describes the path that he took to get to NAU and how the College of Arts and Letters differs from a College of Arts and Sciences that many universities have. Dean Ferme oversees the College that houses performing and creative arts, history, philosophy, languages and many more disciplines. The College of Arts and Letters hosts more than 400 public events per year, and will be able to host even more with the opening of a new 250-person recital hall. The hall opens in January and will be a more comfortable venue for smaller events, concerts, talks and presentations. Tune in to the radio show to learn more about how NAU is helping expand local musical and artistic culture. Aired 05/19/18
