Arizona Mountain School of Real Estate to Teach Broker Licensing Courses

(Flagstaff, Arizona; January 26, 2014) – Arizona Mountain School of Real Estate has been approved to teach broker licensing courses by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. It becomes the only state-certified school in Northern and Central Arizona offering the 90-hour broker pre-licensing course required for real estate licensees seeking an Arizona broker’s license.

The school is starting its first broker pre-licensing class on February 19. The February – April course meets for a full day every Thursday for ten weeks, excluding the week of spring break. The course ends on April 30. Classes will meet on the school’s 914 N. San Francisco Street campus.

The broker course is on a case study format, making it a truly advanced study of Arizona brokerage. A low introductory price of $495 includes 90 hours of live classroom instruction, textbook, course manual, quizzes, and school test.

Classes are scheduled to make it easy for busy real estate professionals to attend without any weekends. The schedule also makes it convenient for broker students from surrounding communities to travel to classes.

Arizona Mountain School of Real Estate also offers real estate salesperson pre-licensing courses on the school’s exclusive accelerated three-weekend format. Two salesperson licensing classes are scheduled this spring; one begins on February 20 and a second starts on April 10.
