Job Posting: Service Technician

Perform prescribed, routine maintenance procedures on commercial and residential heating, cooling and refrigeration systems as required in contract agreements as well as troubleshooting and repair of these systems.
Duties may include but are not limited to: performing preventative maintenance, Compressor change outs, leak detection, filter changes and coil washing.
Acquire knowledge through on the job training, which includes new product developments, service bulletins and issues.
Demonstrate an understanding and adherence to all work safety policies and procedures including OSHA and any local authorities governing requirements.
Complete necessary documents (work tickets and time sheets) and electronic communication in a thorough, accurate and timely manner.
Maintain and manage truck inventory in an accurate, neat and orderly manner as well as adhere to vehicle maintenance program guidelines.
Develop and maintain excellent customer relations.
Follow company policies and procedures.
