The Flagstaff Chamber and the Small Business Development Center at Coconino Community College have partnered to present a series of seminars at SBDC to help small businesses be successful.
In March, SBDC will offer:
"Business Basics." Tuesday, March 23rd, 6-9 p.m., $10. 4th Street CCC Campus.
"Business Plan Writing." Tuesday, March 30, 6 p.m.-9 p.m., $25. 4th Street CCC Campus.
"Beginning Quickbooks." Thursday, March 11th, 9 a.m. -5 p.m., $125. 4th Street CCC Campus
"Basic Computer Literacy." Friday, March 12th, 10 a.m. -12 p.m., $15. 4th Street CCC Campus
"NxLevel for Entrepreneurs." Orientation Saturday, March 13th, 9 a.m. -12 p.m., $195. Lone Tree CCC Campus
In April, SBDC will offer

April 3, 2010 Northern Arizona CTE Career Expo
Plan to attend the FIRST Northern Arizona CTE Career Expo at the NAU Skydone on Saturday, April 3, 2010 from 11 to 4.
Admission is FREE to students and to "all" ages, parents and educators. There will be more than 150 exhibitors and schools showcasing industry and educational opportunities. There will be industry and student demostrations, community presentations and information about job opportunities. There is "Something for Everyone".

July 24, 2010 Flagstaff Jewelry, Gem and Mineral Show
Flagstaff Jewelry, Gem and Mineral Show will have its grand opening July 24-25 at the Radisson Woodlands Hotel in Flagstaff located at 1175 W. Rt. 66. The hours are 10-5 on Sat. and 10-4 on Sunday. Admission will be $3.00 with children under 12 free with paying adult. Parking: Free. Dealers will feature 14K and sterling silver jewelry, minerals from private collections, fossils, beads, machinery, slabs, etc. as well as hourly raffles.
