Chamber Accepting Applications for Sales Exec Position
The Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization in growth mode. We are seeking an experienced sales executive to sell and retain business memberships. Join the team of professionals who work every day to improve the business climate in our community.
Education/Experience: Prior sales experience required. Should be outgoing and fun-loving; self-motivated with strong verbal and written communication skills; professional appearance and willingness to make cold calls/visits to a variety of local businesses required. Provide own transportation.

June 26, 2009 Cardinals Release NFL Training Camp Schedule
The Arizona Cardinals Football Club will return to Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff in late July to begin their 2009 training camp.
The team will report to N.A.U. the night of Wednesday, July 29 and begin practice on Friday, July 31. The Cardinals will break camp on Thursday, August 20. In all, the team will conduct a total of 23 practices during their three-week stay in Flagstaff.
On Saturday, August 8 the Cardinals will host a special “Red & White” outdoor practice from 11:30 AM until 1:20 PM. The practice will be preceded by a full-team autograph session and conclude with a live goal-line session.
Once again, the Cardinals will have a pair of night practices that will be held on Wednesday, August 5 and Tuesday, August 18 from 7:05-9:10 PM at Lumberjack Stadium on N.A.U.’s campus.
All other practices in Flagstaff will be held on the grass fields adjacent to the Walkup Skydome. In the event of inclement weather, they will be moved inside to the Skydome.
Practice times are subject to change and fans are encouraged to check the team’s official website www.azcardinals.com for the most up-to-date practice info.
In addition, Cardinals players and coaches will be available following each practice to sign autographs as they come off the field.
All practices at N.A.U. are open to the public. Admission and parking are both free.

The Flagstaff Chamber and the Small Business Development Center at Coconino Community College have partnered to present a series of seminars at SBDC to help small businesses be successful.
All classes are at the Coconino Community College 4th Street Campus unless otherwise noted. In July, SBDC will offer:
"Beginning Quickbooks." Thursday, July 2, Tuesday, 9-5 p.m., $125.
"Business Basics." Wednesday, July 8, June 16, 2-5 p.m., $10.
"Business Plan Writing." Wednesday, July 15, 2-5 p.m., $25.
"Quickbooks Level II." Thursday, July 16, 9-5 p.m., $150.
