Many grant, tax credit, tax exempt and loan programs exist for qualifying companies locating in Flagstaff. A few are listed here:
Industrial Revenue Bonds (IRB)
Tax exempt financial structures for the purchase of land, on-site and off-site building improvements, construction or purchase of a building and for the acquisition of machinery and equipment.
Infrastructure Financing
Road, water, sewer, and storm drainage may be upgraded through application of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds.
Flagstaff Enterprise Zone
